Princess Elizabeth Bride  (#26)

This is Princess Elizabeth Bride of 1947—Madame Alexander’s vision of how the future Queen would look for the Royal Wedding that had not yet taken place. These early hard plastic dolls have such a different and beguiling beauty. It always amazes me to see one in this condition. This gown of all-satin styled with princess seams and leg o’ mutton sleeves lavishly decorated with lilies is worn with a cathedral length veil. Her long slip and panties are of the finest cotton lawn with delicate yet elaborate eyelet trim. Everything is of such fine quality on this doll and of course, all is worthy of a Queen! Clover Wrist Tag included. $2400.
