Cissette Blue Waltz (#9) Drop dead gorgeous describes this Cissette of 1963 (#745) who has a well-deserved conceited attitude and beautiful ash blonde hair in an elaborate coiffure with piles of curls at the crown and at the nape of the neck. Her French blue gown and hairdo have a decidedly 18th Century feel, when the waltz reigned. The skirt of the gown is fashioned from ten rows of shirred lace sewn on a base of starched organdy.
