Doll #18

Every now and then something never seen before comes along. Such is the case with this magnificent 18" Princess Margaret Rose! A very early hard plastic doll circa 1946-47, her gown is uniquely styled. The gentle V neckline of the gown is emphasized on either side by a row of ecru lace sewn down the bodice. The sheer gown is a beautiful shade of rose pink all trimmed with lace and roses and satin ribbons with a ruffled flounce at the hemline. Her hat is uncommonly magnificent. Beautiful Margaret face with large expressive blue eyes and an abundance of long honey colored curls. Box has collapsed but will be included. Early Margaret Rose wrist tag. $3200.
